Refund Policy

Refunds will be given on individual games returned unopened in new condition within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase with purchase date and price must be provided. To obtain refund request instructions contact us at CustomerSupport@Astroplane.com.

Warranty Policy

30-Day Warranty
We at Astroplane strive to satisfy the needs of our customers. Every Astroplane tm game is shipped with a manufacturer's warranty to be free from defects in material workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of the original purchase. Should you find any defect in material or workmanship within the warranty period, please contact us and the component will be replaced at the manufacturer's option. Proof of purchase is required.

If there are any game pieces missing, please contact us and the missing pieces will be replaced.

Sales Tax

Astroplane is responsible for collecting sales tax for all retail sales that originate and terminate in Washington. If your state requires the payment of sales tax on this purchase, it is your responsibility to report and pay that tax. Astroplane disclaims all requirement to collect and pay sales tax on out-of-state sales.
